Education
The steps below will guide you in completing your academic plan. This is a road map for you to complete your degree.
1. Start with your 1st semester and write down the courses that you are taking.
2. Decide whether you will be taking classes full-time (12+ credits), 3/4 –time (11-9 credits), or a part-time student (6-8 credits) each semester. This will determine the number of classes that you will plan each semester.
3. Determine if you will be attending summer sessions in the future. If not, you can delete them.
4. Fill in your college prep sequence and the math and English requirements for your degree or certificate.
5. Add ALL of the other courses that are required for your degree or certificate to your academic plan (e.g. if you are pursuing an A.A. degree, there should be at least 60 credits on your academic plan.) Pay attention to pre-requisites (a course that must be completed BEFORE registering for a certain class) and co-requisites (a course that must be completed at the SAME time as another class e.g. NUA 101 & NUA 170).
